Jury Simulations in Hours, Not Weeks
A six-layer AI litigation platform, built from blank infrastructure to production in under 10 weeks, replaces $25Kâ$100K mock juries with unlimited real-time iteration.

The Challenge
For decades, law firms preparing for high-stakes trials have relied on live mock juries. They work, but they are:
- Expensive, at $25,000 to $100,000+ per run
- Slow, with weeks of logistics to recruit and coordinate
- Rare, so most firms run them on only one or two cases a year, with no chance to iterate
- Risky, because confidential case strategy is exposed to outside participants
Our client saw an opportunity to replace live mock juries with an AI platform that could simulate how real judges and juries think, on any case, in hours. Building it meant solving several hard problems at once. The platform needed attorney-client privilege-grade security. It needed real judicial and demographic realism. It had to reason across case files running thousands of pages. And it had to produce work product attorneys could use the same day.
What We Built
We designed and engineered the entire platform end to end, including architecture, infrastructure, AI integration, security, and the application layer. It went from blank infrastructure to production in under 10 weeks.
Security Built for Privilege
No case data or legal strategy ever crosses the public internet. Every AI call, database connection, and storage request runs through private endpoints. Each law firm gets its own isolated, single-tenant instance, so there is no cross-firm data exposure. The platform also includes:
- AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit
- Role-based access control
- Immutable audit logs
- No telemetry or external data sharing
Reasoning Across Entire Case Files
Attorneys upload filings, expert reports, and deposition transcripts, sometimes thousands of pages. Our ingestion pipeline chunks, indexes, and vectorizes these documents for semantic retrieval. This lets the AI surface relevant precedent, inconsistencies, and narrative threads across the whole file, not just keyword matches.
A Six-Layer Intelligence System
Every simulation draws on six integrated knowledge layers:
- Core litigation reasoning: argument structure and evidentiary logic
- Persuasion science: cognitive psychology, behavioral economics, and narrative theory
- Jurisdictional knowledge: statutes, local rules, and jury instructions for the target venue
- Judicial intelligence: profiles of state and federal judges, including ruling tendencies and procedural preferences
- Jury and demographics modeling: local jury pools built from census data and historical verdicts
- Firm-private learning: a layer that improves over time from each firm's own case outcomes
Nine Attorney-Ready Deliverables
Each run produces finished work product, not raw AI analysis:
- Voir dire questions and strike strategy
- Case theme, tagline, and storyline
- Opening statement outline
- Closing argument outline
- Direct examination themes
- Cross-examination themes
- Witness preparation guide
- Client-safe jury review report
- Integrated litigation strategy brief
